The Aeronautical Society of India, Nasik Branch started in the year 1972 and since then the society has been conducting various programs, seminars, workshops to spread the aerospace awareness among children, students, academicians, Industrialists, scientists and in various other platforms.
The Programs and events are being conducted to spread the aerospace awareness and Disseminate & share Aeronautical knowledge. Over the years, the society has grown into a major professional body in the field of aeronautics, aviation and aerospace.
The Society has sixteen branches in India and Nasik branch is one among them
Objectives
- To promote the advancement and dissemination of knowledge of Aeronautical, Aerospace Sciences and Technologies.
- To strive for the elevation of Aeronautical and Aerospace profession.
- To Bring in awareness on aeronautical sciences to school children and college students.

Nasik Activities
This vibrant Nasik Branch conducts annual National Seminars, School Outreach Programs, Program in Colleges, Universities, to increase awareness and generate an interest towards aeronautics amongst the young minds, Aero quiz competitions, Essay Competitions, Painting Competitions, National level Aeronautical Techno festival – “Revels”, lecture series/ Technical talk by eminent personalities in the field of aviation and various seminars to promote the Aerospace and Aeronautical engineering.
